How we work with partners and what we expect from proposals.

It is vital to realize that we have a thorough due diligence procedure in place and that we demand the same of any potential clients who want to engage with us.

We anticipate that you are well informed regarding the product you are enquiring about.

We do not operate with a series of brokers. You must collaborate directly with the end buyer or seller and be willing to undergo our due diligence and KYC. The facilitator/ broker may be required to sign the NCNDA (Non Circumvention Non Disclosure Agreement) and MFPA (Master Fee Protection Agreement).

Pallyflo expects the trader/facilitator/broker to respect the company policies, payment terms, our employees, and time limits.

Key Guidelines

Application context

Include how and where the material will be used, cleaning or technical application context, and any performance or specification requirements.

Requirements and volume

Provide defined requirements where possible (e.g., GSM, width, absorbency, lint), and indicative volume or usage so we can align our response.

Timeline and next steps

Indicate your timeline and how you would like to proceed (e.g., samples, technical call, formal quote). We will respond and suggest next steps where appropriate.

Documentation

Be prepared to provide relevant documentation and undergo our due diligence and KYC process. Direct collaboration with end buyers or sellers is required.
